  1. Nothing will work for everyone with dementia, each of us is unique with unique histories and unique feelings. However, you do not seem to take into account the, admittedly nebulous, question of whether the person enjoys reminiscing. Why does everything have to be about “improving” our quality of life. I have PCA so know, and can tell you, what the latter stages are like. No one seems to understand the importance of this; whoever thought bright colours were good for people with dementia was, to be polite, wrong!
