  1. my brain is starting to go this way (at 74) how do I try to avoid this drift ?
    I am trying to spend time each day learning new information (eg reading New Scientist) does this help ?

    1. Thank you for your comment. I cannot comment on your particular case. But in general, it is very good for our brain to keep it active and particularly to learn something new. If you are concerned about your memory, I suggest you see your family doctor to discuss your concerns with them.
